The VL300 has a daylight-like color temperature of 5600K and a color rendering index of 96 (CRI). This means you can reproduce the colors of your subject without distortion.

Like Godox, the mechanical quality is good, with a metal frame and a sturdy mounting fork with a secure screw mount. Spigot mount in two directions and an integrated umbrella holder.

The VL300 is powered by mains power or by separately purchased V-Mount batteries , which are attached to the control unit.

Dimming can be adjusted either from the control unit or with the included remote control. In addition to the remote control, remote control is also possible via a mobile application. The control box is removed from the light, making the unit lighter and easier to operate with V-mount batteries.

For light modifiers, the VL300 has a Bowens Mount, so the range of compatible modifiers is huge.
