
A one-year additional insurance/maintenance contract that covers non-warranty damage and problems.

You can never be sure what will happen - whether the camera will fall from the back of a motorcycle onto the asphalt, whether the camera will snort water through a hatch that has been left slightly open.
The DJI Care Refresh additional service brings you security when flying with your DJI Air 3S quadcopter. Normal drone insurance covers manufacturing defects, but the Refresh Care additional service covers damage outside the normal warranty, such as falling into water, colliding with a tree or wall, and even flying away due to technical problems for a reasonable one-time fee, a total of 2 times during the year.
ATTENTION
1. Care Refresh insurance must be activated within 30 days of camera installation at https://service.dji.com/care/active
2. If the 30-day time limit has passed, the condition of the device must be proven to DJI in video format. After this approval, the insurance can be purchased and activated for the device. More information can be found at this link.
3. After one year, you can continue your Care Refresh insurance (no later than 15 days after the end of the contract)

The additional service is a card delivered by mail that contains an activation code that you can use to activate the DJI Care Refresh additional service via DJI's website. The additional service is model-specific, so please make sure you have the exact model of your DJI device before purchasing. Please check the DJI website for activation and other details.
