The Deity V-Mic D4 Mini is a compact and easy-to-use directional microphone. It provides significantly better sound than the built-in camera mics. The microphone effectively cuts out background noise and picks up sound coming from the front of the camera clearly, so that background noise does not interfere with the recording.

Practical design and shock absorption

The microphone's short body and included offset shock absorber make the D4 Mini an excellent choice for wide-angle lenses and small cameras. The shock absorber design keeps the camera's viewfinder clear while shooting. The audio cable attaches to the side of the microphone, keeping it neatly out of the way and preventing it from accidentally bending in front of the lens.

Connection for a second microphone

The D4 Mini has a dedicated input port on the side that makes recording more flexible. You can connect a second audio source, such as a wireless microphone receiver, to the port. The microphone automatically splits the audio into its own tracks, allowing the second source to be recorded directly on the correct channel without the need for separate splitter cables.
