Atomos' new Ultra Ninja video recorder has been updated to the new AtomOS 11 operating system, making the Ninja even faster and offering new features. It now also records in 6K ProRes RAW, ProRes, DNxHD, and H.265 formats straight out of the box.

Compared to the base Ninja, the Ultra can record up to 8K ProRes RAW video and can simultaneously record 4K60P ProRes RAW and HD60p H.265 video, allowing you to record video to both the SSD and the cloud at the same time.

The video is recorded on a 2.5" SSD. The disk is not included in this sales package, but most disks are compatible with the Ninja. By connecting the Atomos Connect to the Ninja, you can access additional features. The power source is an external AC power supply or Sony NP-F type batteries.
